Susan Iacono will lead with tuning forks to settle in, gentle breath work, and lead the attendees to deep relaxation through meditation with crystal bowls, deepening with the Himalayan bowls and ultimately bringing them back with melodic koshi chimes.  It will be a peaceful experience allowing the vibrations and healing sounds of these therapeutic instruments to bring inner peace in the beautiful natural setting that Sweetbriar offers.
