A Wildlife Experience
Little Blue will whistle along with you
In your 45 minute session you will get a personal tour of our recently renovated Wildlife Rehabilitation area now called the Steven Goldman clinic. You can get up close and personal with our imprinted Mallard Duck Beaker and meet Stevie and Turnip our ambassador Screech owls. You will then be escorted into the main building where you can see all of our permanent reptile and parrot ambassadors. You will also learn a little bit about the history of the Blydenburgh estate and how Sweetbriar ended up here.
Up to three people are welcome to join you for the experience. You can take as many photos as you’d like!

Experiences need to be scheduled at least 2 weeks ahead of time and are only scheduled after 2pm.
BARN OWL ENCOUNTER-
In your half hour session you’ll be meeting and learning how to hold Nebula the Barn Owl. You’ll also have the choice of meeting one other Sweetbriar education animal. (depending on the animal touching may or may not be allowed)
You must be 16 years or older to handle the owl. Up to four people are welcome to join you for the experience (only one person will be trained to handle the owl). You can take as many photos as you’d like!
