June Butterfly and Bird Festival: Saturday June 8th 10am-4pm
Calling all vendors of handmade, and nature-based items, plus nonprofits:
The Festival provides visitors with an opportunity to learn browse and shop casually on our beautiful estate. Over the years the fair has become a much-anticipated outing with exhibits, art, crafts, games, food trucks, and entertainment. Attendance has been approximately 2,000+ people. This year we will be focusing on Butterflies and Birds. As always, we will feature many of our animal ambassadors.

Vendors are expected to arrive at Sweetbriar Nature Center at 8:00 AM on Saturday, June 8th. Directions will be sent along with your acceptance letter. The fee is $75.00 for a 10’ x 10’ space. As the number of vendors and exhibitors is limited, we suggest paying for your space(s) as soon as you hear back from us. An NYS Sales Tax Number or tax-exempt number is preferred. Parking is close by
Note: You must provide your own tables, chairs and canopy. Due to limited parking, you will receive two (2) parking passes via email.
