From the West:
Take the NORTHERN PKWY E. to the end. It will merge onto NY-347 E. Go about 0.85 miles and turn LEFT onto NEW HWY. Go 0.18 miles and make a SLIGHT LEFT onto OLD WILLETS PATH. Go 1.44 miles and turn RIGHT onto W JERICHO TURNPIKE/NY-25. Go 1.42 miles and make a SHARP LEFT onto ST JOHNLAND RD/NY-25A. Go 0.17 miles
and turn RIGHT onto SUMMERSET DR. Go 0.21 miles and make a LEFT onto NOEL PL. Go 0.14 miles and turn RIGHT onto ECKERNKAMP DR. Sweetbriar is about a half mile on the right.
From the East:
Take the Long Island Expressway going west to exit number 57, towards Route 454 - PATCHOGUE/COMMACK.
Turn RIGHT onto Route 454 West. Go about 1.66 miles and make a SLIGHT RIGHT onto NY-347 East. Go 0.71 miles
and turn LEFT onto HAUPPAUGE RD/Route 111. After approx. 1.98 miles turn LEFT onto MIDDLE COUNTRY RD/E MAIN ST/NY-25. Go 0.22 miles and turn RIGHT onto LANDING AVE. Go 1.06 miles and make a LEFT onto ECKERNKAMP DR. Sweetbriar is on the right.
